Materials and finishes

Par are a specialist contractor and fabricator of standard and bespoke building products. As such, we seek to provide our customers with a wide variety of core materials and finishes, either to meet a specification standard or to create a bespoke product or system.

Our core business utilises large amounts of aluminium extrusions, which we can provide in countless shapes and sizes. The aluminium standard that we normally provide is to EN 573-3, alloy EN AW-6063.

Other materials include mild and stainless steel sheet, post and support rigging. We also manufacture from various timber products such as Western Red Cedar and Oak. As well as various strengthened glass types for canopy and louvre blade construction.

The most popular finish for metal products is Polyester Powder Coating which can be specified in standard RAL colours. Anodising, Plastic coated steel, Syntha Pulvin and PVF2 are also standard options.
